It is recommended to use mouthwash after every brushing and after meals to reduce plaque build-up. Pour 10-15 ml of rinse aid into a cap, rinse for about 30 seconds and spit out. After using the rinse aid, it is undesirable to take food and water for an hour. Safe if accidentally swallowed.
